How amazing was the gait review with Doc C? It is so incredible how the body operates and compensates for certain pains and imbalances. Now that we have completed the reviews, we can truly focus on your individualized training.

We will get right into your workouts this evening. Please give me a brief update on your progress before we begin our exercises. For some of you, we will be adding some resistance and/or reps to your current workout.
