Introduction

I am a graduate of the interior design program at the Savannah College of Art and Design. I have been working in the exhibit design world since graduating, but have recently moved to New York to pursue a career in sustainable interior design.

Tell us a little about yourself!

I recently moved to Brooklyn to broaden my career options in getting in to the interior design/architecture world. I am very interested in design for education, corporate offices and healthcare, and more so in relation to sustainability. I am looking to expand my network of design professionals and felt that this was a great way to get started!

What is your personal and/or professional interest in Sustainability?

I have my LEED Green Associate accredidation and would love to work with a firm that would allow me to practice sustainable interior design in a meaningful way, and to help me eventually attain my LEED AP. I believe that sustainable design has the potential to have an immense impact on design and architecture, as it already is doing, and I strive to become a part of the movement.
