What an incredible 4th it's going to be...we are walking the A2 Parade!!!
...well some maybe...skipping, marching, or jumping, but we NEED YOU to be flipping! That's right...join your community to flip a tire for a mile in the A2 parade through downtown. What a way to encourage others to embrace our healthy active lifestyle too. Families & young children are all welcome. What child doesn't want to dress up and be in a parade? ALL are encouraged to come out and REPRESENT! Post parade goodies will be provided gratis for your awesomeness! It's going to be EPIC! All who RSVP will be sent detailed parade info

    E. Jefferson & Thompson is the participant entrance. Our line-up position is No. 66 on Maynard South.

    Please be aware the Firecracker 5k Marathon will start downtown at 8am. Please enter the Parade staging area at the E. Jefferson &
    Thompson intersection barricade from the south to enter the lineup area. A map of the parade route is below. Also, this link to our
    interactive map­­ is viewable from your computer and most smart phones.

    Participant Schedule of Events:
    8:00‐9:00am Participants arrive, check‐in, turn in waivers, and line up
    9:30am Judging of the most “Spirited” entry (our theme this year is “Heartbeat of America”)
    9:30am Judging of Bike Decorating Contest for Children
    9:45am Call to Order
    9:55am Pull out Begins
    10:00am Official start of the parade
    The parade route is approximately 1 mile and will take about 1.5 hours to complete.
