No location was chosen

Exact address and directions will be sent later.

Stunning landscapes, wilderness and tranquility, rare in southern England, and a warm rural welcome await you on Exmoor, one of Britain's breathing places; and the glimpse of wild Red Deer or the native Exmoor Pony, are just a couple of the delights that make Exmoor special.

Exmoor whatever time of year you visit you are sure to experience the full extent of Exmoor's beauty.

Situated in the south west of Britain, Exmoor National Park contains an amazing variety of landscapes within its 267 square miles. A unique landscape of moorland, woodland, valleys and farmland, shaped by people and nature over thousands of years. Where high cliffs plunge into the Bristol Channel, and cosy pubs and tearooms offer delicious local produce.

Steeped in history Exmoor area covers a wide range of places to visit from Combe Martin in North Devon along the spectacular coastline of Exmoor National Park, across the Quantock Hills to the tip of West Somerset and inland to rural villages and acres of open space, from rugged moorland to wooded valleys. It's all dotted with pretty villages where you'll find a friendly welcome.

Accommodation

We booked high quality  hostel accommodation just for our group,

a former Victorian farmstead, converted to provide fantastic accommodation for groups in stunning isolation on Exmoor. Owned and run by the Exmoor National Park Authority, the centre offers a comfortable lounge and dining room, well equipped self-catering kitchen and all rooms have en-suite shower and toilet facilities.  The surrounding area provides safe open recreation space and mountain bike hire.

We have also got our member Ilona Velichko, she is Reiki Master and also Crystal Therapy and Australian Bush Flower Essences practitioner. She is happy to provide short taster sessions of Reiki and Crystal Therapy, consultations in Australian Bush Flower Essences.

 Crystal Therapy

Humans vibrate at a certain frequency. When we have a disease or are overly happy this vibration changes either up or down. Crystals vibrate at a set frequency, so if we use right crystal vibration with a human imbalance we can bring about vibrational harmony and help our well-being.

 Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese healing system that was developed in the late 19th century. The word Reiki means “universal life force energy” which is everywhere around us. When we are in good health the energy flows freely around the body and we are full of vitality and have generally a positive outlook in life. Stress suppresses the immune system, blocks the flow of energy and causes disease.  Reiki is preventative and curative as it works by eradicating the root cause of the problem – mental, emotional or physical – so the symptoms disappear. During the treatment practitioner places hands on the body in various positions and you draw the energy through the practitioner’s hands.

 Australian Bush Flower Essences

Flower Essences have a very long history  -- they were used even before Christ time for health and healing.  The use of a flower for the purpose of healing was always seen by Aborigines as a pleasurable rite. Disease is the physical manifestation of emotional imbalances. Australian Bush Flower Essences work as catalysts to help resolve a vast range of negative emotional states and heal by helping to bring a person into emotional, spiritual and mental harmony.

Message from Misha. Drivers the track to the hostel from the B3358 is gated due to the livestock present. You must ensure you close all the gates once through them. The following URL http://g.co/maps/c4ptf shows the exit point from the main road. The weather is chilly so please bring your hats, gloves etc.
