Banff Mountain Film Festival 2012

Hi everyone!

There is an exciting outdoors film festival, the
Banff Mountain Film Festival 2012.









"The 2012 UK Tour features a whole new line up of incredible films. Through the big screen be transported to amazing wild places, visit remote cultures and have your breath taken away with high adrenaline action sports."



I managed to secure a group discount for our group, at £11 per ticket when you use the following link to buy your ticket: http://www.banff-uk.com/AAA-LONDON-TICKETS(2629126).htm

 The festival runs in London from the 21-24th February 2012. The group discount is valid for tickets for Tuesday, 21st Feb to which I will be going myself. Have a read through the website and check out their promo video to give you an idea of the type of films you will get to see.

    I believe you should receive a confirmation of payment to your email. Or if not, your name will be on the guest list at arrival. I will contact the organisers and ask to make sure what happens, and will let you know when I hear back.

    Guys, I'm aware that the link is not working at the moment. I don;t know what went wrong, but it may be that all tickets are sold out for that night now. I have contacted the organisers to find out what is wrong with the link. Will let you know once I get a response.

    I heard back from the Banff Organisers. They said they had to take the link down, because they are now sold out for this day :-( Very sorry if some of you didn't manage to get the tickets. Perhaps try one of the other days - you can check the timetable on their website, and purchase the tickets from there directly (obviously at full price of £13.)

    I will be in the Wetherspoon pub over the road from the Union Chapel (White Swan, 255-256 Upper St) from 18:00 for refreshments before the film. It'll be great to have some company, so I'll wear a pink shirt, put a Meetup sign on my table & my mobile is 07939 031818. Cheers, Andy

    Hi Pauline. I'm afraid all tickets are sold out now, and they won't be selling at the door. This event proved to be very popular. Sorry about this. But watch this wall, maybe somebody will be selling last-minute.

    People wanting a ticket can get in touch with Nell Teasdale mail@banff-uk.com (+44) 7894 995200 organizer of the event and try to reserve for tonight. The venue is huge and they always have spare tickets at the last minute.
