Evening Games and Dinner at Teaism Old Town Feb. 13th

  • February 13, 2013 · 6:30 PM

Come on out after work to Teaism for some games, good food and tea at Teaism in Old Town. Bring a game you would like to play, or play one someone else has brought. This will be a low-key gathering. We have the space reserved until closing at 10pm.

Teaism is providing this space to us for free, so please purchase food and drinks from them for dinner so they will want us back. You can find their menu here: https://teaism.com/Restaurant/OldTownMenu.html

Teaism is located right by the Trader Joes on the north end of Old town at 682 N St Asaph Street, Alexandria, VA 22314. With the expansion of Capital Bikeshare into Alexandria, there is now a Bikeshare station on the same block as Teaism. It is a straight shot down Pendleton Street from the Bikeshare station at Braddock Metro.

Gamers - Thank you so much for playing at Teaism last night. The Old Town manager reported - they are a FABULOUS group - keep them coming back!

(RSVP comment, but will end up in the Conversation section since MU changed this policy....), traffic was so congested, I actually had the option to back out right from the get-go! Cutting my losses here.

Do you all meet at Teaism every Wednesday night? I can't come tonight but would love to come meet you all and game the next time you're there.

Will hopefully be there. If so, will probably be a bit late due to some work stuff.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
