Introduction
Hi. I'm Stephen. I've been drumming since grade school and started hand drumming about 16 years ago.
Are you familiar or experienced with Druming Circles?
I have attended many circles and more casual drumming by campfire type events. I 'm familiar with many middle eastern rhythms and can take lead, though I'm fine with staying in the background.
Do you have your own drum? If so, what kind?
I have 2 djembes; a low and a high pitch. I also have a large frame drum.
Why are drawn to drumming?
Everything I hear comes as a beat or pattern. I unconsciously tap on any solid surface whenever my hands are idle.
Do you have any questions or concerns?
I can meet up most week nights, but I need at least a weeks notice, to free up my work schedule.
