  • monkey's can swing from tree to tree. how cool is that. I know what you mean but the visceral body is connected to oneness. a tree breathes and a monkey swings. human's have forgotten how move and grove. and the body is inborn groove, breath and swing- it is built into the nervous system. we are all born into a human band that can't play music

  • I'm going to try to make a few of the sessions here and there. My daughter goes to sailing camp for summer and I'll be making more during that time. I look forward to meeting you and am open to doing swaps in the future.

  • Hi Janine, my apology for taking so long to get back to you. Work has gotten pretty busy lately. I have been looking for someone to do child swaps for a while and really look forward to meeting you. I can't commit to doing anything on a regular basis at this time because I'm in the process of finishing up my masters. Thank goodness I'll be finished this year. However, between school work and family, I've told myself no other commitments.

  • Hi Janine, Welcome to Mindfulness Exercises! Yes I can teach you how to stop the monkey mind, build new neuropathways in the brain and not attach emotionally to situations in life. This is a natural process that uses your own biochemicals. It is repeatable and predictable. I hope you can join us at our next meeting on Feb 2nd. Regards, Steve

  • Hi Janine - it will be great to meet you. I also have a little dude that just turned 4 July 10 and I'm 41. I recently heard this phrase "True North" when describing children and I think it is so right on. Looking forward to seeing you soon.
