ABQ Mom's on a Mission

We hold regular FREE events for the community on Disease Prevention, Healthy Happy Kids and many other Health and Wellness presentations in the ABQ area. This will give simple tips on things that you can change at home and will cover all "livestyle" subjects. If you have concerns with our food sources, your family's health and are confused with all the information out there on what you should or should not do, this is for you. Our speakers are experts in their health related fields and will help you learn what you need to know before you buy something that is bad for you or take something that has no research. You will learn the real truth about our food in America and what you can do to change it. We can share with you a non profit Study for qualified children to get nutrition Free for 3 years!
