Learn how to prepare the dishes that make Spanish cuisine world famous. Our culinary Spanish chefs will conduct the workshops to bring the flavors of the Mediterranean to New Mexico. A typical Spanish menu will be prepared for the occasion: Tortilla Española and Gazpacho.
Entrance fee $40 (includes a glass of Spanish wine)
