No problem, Jim. I'll call you next time. I ended up running in the 'hood. SF Baldey was a lot of fun. It was cold but there was some good snow to use the snow shoes. The last part of the climb to the top works best with a traction device for sure. Hope to see you on another hike/run soon. Take care!

I would love to join but my pace is no longer 9 mins. My knees are not my friend but I am going against the odds and I still want to run. I am working on stop focusing on time and just finish a race. So I think I am a 10-11 min mile now. I did a 10k early this year and 10.5min was my pace. Is there anyone around my pace in this group?
