Welcome to the Santa Fe Hiking Meetup, Rae. It is always a great bunch of people and I think you will really enjoy the hikes. The dog park in Santa Fe is off-leash, but isn't really a long hike, about a mile or two if you do the perimeter. The Winsor Trail in Tesuque, also known as the Tesuque Creek trail, is very popular with dogs and their people. The two organizers who hike with dogs frequently are Z and Amy Hetager, and they would probably give you some pointers. Great pictures!
