To give you an overview of the Guided Meditations, we begin with a metaphysical discussion--we talk about the topic within the moment, and then the meditation follows--it's about 45 minutes in duration, and after we talk about our individual meditative experiences! Everyone seems to love it, and I'm sure you will too! I definitely look forward to meeting you in person! Have a beautiful weekend!
