Hey Janet, Glad you joined the group! You'll be surprised, with a few changes in your current way of eating, you'll start to feel better! It helps to be around with like-minded "eaters"! It's great that you're conscientious! I think you'll enjoy the goup. I have lots of ideas for the meetups - the first one is in May...check the calendar!
