The Alamo City Motorcycle Riders is a drama free, informal group of people who are experienced riders and want to ride, have fun, and ride some more. All bikes are welcome but need to be at least 650 cc displacement so as to keep with the group(steep inclines etc...). Come join us and let's ride!
We are not a club or formal organization. There are no officers or dues although donations are accepted to help pay the meet-up site. We are just a group of people who enjoy riding together in the awesome Texas hill country. Many friendships have grown from this group and continue to develop.
We have a good mix of bikes and riders so don't be shy. (yes, we do have some shy ones too :) )
Check out some of our many ride photos and past rides as well as some of our discussions.
If you prefer shorter rides at a slower pace
Hill Country Motorcycle Riders of Texas is another group riding source but they have a fee associated with membership.
You can also check out our message board for other rides that may not be posted on the event calendar.
If you would like to be an assistant Organizer and have the ability to plan and post rides please contact myself (Gary Walker) or Mike Nichols and we can discuss it. Any member with a desire to do so can request it. The more members we have posting rides as an AO, the more opportunity there is for everyone in the group to be able to attend or even see roads we may not have been on yet.
Before you ask to join, you MUST read and understand our "About Us" pages and answer the 5 simple questions. One of which is "Have you read and understand our "About Us" pages?" We strive to keep all our members safe so the answers to these questions are very important to us.
