there is anyone that can tell me more about live in caregiver program?, If it's difficult to obtain the visa? and how long is the process?

The official government website for the program tells you pretty much all you need to know. If you fulfill all the criteria (read about them under "who can apply", it's relatively easy to get the work permit. It can take a while to get your application through, depends on your local embassy, you might want to ask them directly, just give them a call and ask for an estimate.

If you are planning to stay in Vancouver for only a year you should look into the "Work Holiday Program". It gives you an open work permit which means that you don't need to find an employer before applying and it is pretty easy to obtain. Unfortunately it's only for a year but it's a good start!
