I use ACT! every day of the week, yes, and that includes the weekend.
Sage ACT! Pro 2013 after SAGE got some serious performance issues corrected. Looking forward to Swiftpage's tenure as the new ACT! publisher. I hope they don't make the same blunders that SAGE did during their tenure as owner and publisher.
Long, long, long, long time
I'm a retired manufacturer'srepresentative who spent 40 years in the high tech industry and still use ACT! for organizations of which I am a member. Great program but ACT can be very finicky at times.
We're evolving. The group has a role to fill in assisting ACT users to gain and improve their knowledge of the inner workings of ACT, which is NOT intuitive by any stretch of the imagination. Some of the things that the group can be of service on is to allow users to post stories of some of their blunders, boo-boos, and problems that ACT is guaranteed to produce, oftentimes when you least expect it, as well as the solutions that were employed to solve them. The users can also post evaluations of various add-on's that they have tried and had successes as well as failures. Finally, there has to be included information on ACT updates, upgrades, and hotfix releases as these best kept secrets of the program don't do any good if they're downloaded, installed, and used.
