Hi All. Nischal and I are putting together a team to participate in Tough Mudder in October. The event is held in Sydney on 12 and 13 October. It is a 20km obstacle course full of walls, barbed wire and of course, mud! We haven't yet decided whether we will be participating on the Saturday 12 or Sunday 13 but will update once established. The courses itself will be challenging and is described at 'Ironman meets Burning Man' however as a team I have no doubt we can push ourselves and conquer it. People with any level of fitness are welcome (I am starting from a very unfit place!) as we will meet on either a weekly or fortnightly basis to exercise and get fit together. Nischal has kindly offered to run these session to whip us into shape (in a very friendly and supportive manner :) )
First training session is for an hour on Saturday 4 May at 10am on the shore of lake burley griffin. Meet at the carpark near questacon. At this point we will work out how often we want to meet and when best suits everyone.
