Tough Mudder Bootcamp training

Ian will run tomorrow's sess and has promised a kickarse routine with a bit more cardio.

If you all can meet at the front steps of Old Parliament House house, that'd be great. Ian plans on using the grass sloping up towards parl house.

Also, if you can bring a FULL water bottle...we'll incorporate that weight into one of the exercises early on.
