Need to get fit? Want more energy? Get more motivation working out with others? Then come join The Free Boot Camp on the shores of the picturesque Lake Burley Griffin.
This is a weekly group exercise session led by participants for participants. Sessions cater to all ages and all fitness levels from beginner, intermediate to "get out we hate you" advanced. We place a strong emphasis on Fun, so come down and socialise and get fit for life!
We also encourage Team Work and Team Building where we aim to train together with a goal in mind. This goal could be the next obstacle course challenge like Tough Mudder, the next fun run like The Colour Run or the next “bring it on because we can take it in your face!”
After a kick arse session we usually enjoy a well-earned drink and chat by the lakeside.
N.B if for any reason the session is cancelled it will be posted so please check here for updates. If you feel a bit bummed I will consider running the session the following day, same place, same time, but on Sunday, for those of you who love training!
