**This is a joint meeting with Meditation for Stroke and Traumatic Brain Injury Survivors

This group is primarily for people who suffered stroke or traumatic brain injury, but is for anyone who wants more energy, relaxation, mindfulness, peace and focus. In this stressful world that probably includes most people. Meditation helps you concentrate, balance your body and mind (calm those busy thoughts!), improve your relationships, develop intuition, and enhance life in general.

We will start with 5 min. of back healing, followed by other energy work--tapping our bodies making sound (energy is light, sound and vibration), body vibration, stretching, doing brain exercises, using our imagination, breathing, some closed-eye meditation, and relaxing. Focusing on the body helps quiet thoughts. I will also share information on stroke.

We will do lifeparticle (the smallest energy particles in the universe) meditation. I will give lifeparticle cards to people I have not given cards to yet.

**Please dress comfortably so you can move freely for physical activities. This training is free of charge, while you must RSVP to attend. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for warm-ups.**

    Very interested in attending. I am a level 1 Reiki practice. I practice mostly on myself and family members. I meditate daily, and love it. Light yoga daily as well, 15 minutes before meditation. Would love to practice movement meditation. I AM.
