Life would be a lot easier if everyone had a manual written just for them on how their mind works. Since nobody gets a manual on how their brains or life works, this group is created so that members can have access to information that helps them fill in the blanks when it comes to their own minds. This meetup empowers members to write the missing manual for themselves.
The Objectives of this group:
1. List meetings and resources that provide information and support to people who want to learn more about attention, motivation, productivity, organizational, time management, working memory, and mood related issues related to ADD, depression, bipolar disorders. I currently list events sponsored by Manhattan Adult ADD Support Group, and the Manhattan Mood Disorder Support Group. I have listed some web sites in the sponsor section for ease of access.
2. Schedule informal meetups where people can exchange ideas on how they cope with issues relating to ADD and depression with regard to career and life issues.
Its content is only available to members.
To learn more, contact the organizer directly, or you can go ahead and join the group.
They hold very informative meetings.
A good resource for people with Bipolar and depression.
