No reservations, so we're getting there early!
From yelp: "I can't lie, it was a lot smaller and less packed than I expected, but I went during a dead hour, and most places in Chinatown aren't that big.
I was seated immediately, and they understood to not take my order until the people missing from our party came, which I appreciated. They gave us salad with some sort of sauce that wasn't very thick. It was good, but a bit soggy. The appetizers were great, especially the fish. The mashed potatoes were rather sweet, which was a bit unsettling.
I ordered the Korean bbq with a mild chicken tofu soup. It came out extremely fast, which surprised me, considering that it didn't taste like it was frozen before, and that it both dishes were very hot and were smoking all over the place. I thought that both were great, the bbq was very tender and not too chewy. The onions underneath it were caramelized nicely by the heat of the meat (wow that rhymed I should be a poet), and I liked how it they weren't overcooked so they had a nice crunch to them. The soup was hot, but not too spicy. The next level of spiciness would have probably been better. It was very filling and they didn't skimp out on the tofu or chicken.
The only problem I really had was how small the tables were for the amount of food we got. I didn't have enough elbow room.
Overall, this place is great, and you definitely won't have any problems with the service. The guy who waited our table was very friendly and checked up on us. Give it a try if you're ever in that plaza in Chinatown!"
