Mary'z Lebanese!

It's my birthday, I want Lebanese food, I'm part Lebanese, and Lebanon is in Asia.  Yay!  Come celebrate with me!

From yelp: One of the favorite Hookah spots in Houston not only because of the hookah itself, but the food too. It is a great place to come in the evening and relax with your friends. They have TVs where they usually put up the big sports games with plenty of space to watch.

The Hookah: well prepared with all the flavors every other hookah place has. It's packed pretty well and prepared quickly. They mix and match flavors as well, so that's always a nice luxury to have.

The Food: Here is where Mary'z shines. The food is delicious and it really separates itself from the competition with its depth of flavor. Here are some recommendations:
- Beef Shawarma sandwich (if not so hungry) or plate (if your stomach is growling) with garlic sauce on the side - request it and dip your food in the sauce for maximum flavor!
- Hummus - standard appetizer but still very good
- Mixed grill - $20 plate full of different meats. Great to split between 2 people but a person starved for great food can finish it by themselves.

The service: The service is comprised of the family that owns the restaurant, including the bartender. They are very friendly and are easy to talk to. They value their customers and love to have small talk if that is what interests you

The Bad:
The only knock off I have of Maryz is the parking. Valet parking is a pain for a restaurant like this. It is also the only option available during dinner time and late night.

Overall I would recommend this place to anyone and encourage people to experiment on the menu."

That was the most fun I've had at an event. The chicken and the potatoes were my favorite of all.
