I am someone with ADHD and an ADHD life coach working with women who have ADHD or are married to someone with ADHD or have children with ADHD.
I help people with time management, clutter, procrastination, meeting deadlines and social skills. I decided to start this group to allow people to come together is a safe and supportive environment.
