I want to create a safe, welcoming space for women with ADHD to meet, socialize and share their information and resources.
As an ADHD coach I believe that ADHD can be managed through a combination of medication, supplements, therapy, exercise, meditation, therapy and coaching. Everyone is an individual and needs to find the balance that works for them.
I am never bored and there are always great thoughts bouncing around in my brain.
