Meet other adults dealing with ADD and ADHD. Gather to share your experiences, progress, and thoughts with one another.

Our group is led by two adults who also have ADHD.  The group shares strategies and  information, and much laughing usually ensues!  We welcome your questions and your insights, but you don't have to talk if you don't choose to.

Please come try us. All are welcome, no charge.
