That's the night of the Innotech Conference. I gave my ticket away to it so I'll be going to the ATxDM meeting, but there might be alot of people already scheduled to go to that conference.

Everybody, after much going 'round on this, I've had to push back our meeting to Thursday night (Oct. 29) so we could use the meeting room at Recycled Reads, 5335 Burnet Rd (right near the intersection with North Loop). I see there aren't many people who've RSVP'ed for this so maybe this isn't a big deal. Hopefully giving it an extra day (and actually picking a location) will make it easier for people to make it to this.

The calendar on our website hasn't been updated yet, but I'll get to that this afternoon. And for those of you who want to come for the job club function but don't want to participate in the business card building program, come at the start of the meeting, we'll still do job club for the first half-hour.

Everyone else, bring your laptops, they have wifi there. I'll again try to bring a projector.

Thanks to Larry, Bragitta and Tammy for your suggestions/offers for places to meet. In the end I decided Recycled Reads would work best in terms of location and capacity.
