Combining high-action dungeon crawling with cutting-edge rules, Dungeon World is a roleplaying game of fantasy adventure. You and your friends will explore a land of magic and danger in the roles of adventurers searching for fame, gold, and glory.
Dungeon World’s rules are easy to learn and always drive the action forward in unexpected ways. A missed roll is never a dead end—failure introduces new complexities and complications. Life as an adventurer is hard and dangerous but it’s never boring! No knowledge of the system is required and it's ideal for newcomers.
This game runs biweekly on tuesdays.
Because of the time slot and frequency of the games, these sessions won't be long, typically wrapping up around 9PM, but will be intense and great for smaller groups.
Bring 2D6, D4,D8,D10 and D12.
Characters are generated in the group setting together. Everything comes from a picklist.
There is only one of each class in play at one time. I'll be bringing the following...and keep in mind that these might not work the same way as their D&D equivalents : Barbarian,Bard,Cleric,Druid,Fighter,Paladin,Ranger,Wizard,Thief,Shaman,Templar,Priest,Mage (various kinds),Artificer,Dashing Hero,Warlock,Namer,Fae (Seelie or Unseelie),Initiate,Summoner and the Witch.
We currently have a Shaman,Paladin,Templar and Cleric.
