I started with 4e and Gamma World but since then I've played CoC, Pathfinder and a handful of other games. I really like role-playing over combat and statistics but a good system will keep me engrossed regardless.
Board games are rare for me but I've had lots of fun with games like Ticket to Ride and Betrayal at the House on the Hill.
My job has been pretty good about letting me have my weekends but it varies. Evening is usually best. I have a car and am willing to travel 30-40 minutes away if I must. I live in Norcross.
My first first-hand role-playing experience was in college when and old high school friend introduced me to Armageddon MUD online. I died a lot and lost some characters I miss but it was a good time. Playing in person is much more engaging.
I feel like I'm good at lore-crafting but I've yet to run a game. On June 6th, 2015 I will run the WEG Ghostbusters RPG at Manuel's Tavern in Atlanta. Come witness history!
Moved to Atlanta from Boston back in December 2010 and had never played tabletop RPGs before then. Now they're one of my favorite hobbies!
This group is the best. Always plenty of variety in both the games and players/dms. It was my first group for playing tabletop RPGs and I couldn't have asked for a better group to pull me in.
