Holly, I am so excited to be a member of this group! I need beginning help to rehabilitate an ACL injury/surgery sustained during dancing with the WRONG shoes.

Thank you Holly for getting back to me. My back went out a couple of weeks ago trying to wakeboard, and even though I feel so much better, I'm not sure I want to push it too hard. So, Monday may be out for me, but keep me in the loop as to future events definitely.
