The normal plan is something like this:

• Informal gathering and chit-chat: Before 7. (I'm usually there by 6:30)
• Half-hour anime viewings by reservation (send me an email to hold a slot): 7-9
• Movie Time: 9-11 (alternates between anime and "regular" movies, sometimes just more anime)
• Wii gaming: Room 108 from about 9pm on.
• XBox gaming: Upstairs in room 312 from about 9pm on.

Refreshments (and the meetings themselves) are free but signing the sign-in sheet is GREATLY appreciated (it's what prompts the school to keep paying for the food).  I have to clear the building at 11. 

Suggestions for anime or movies can be sent to me via this Web site using the "Contact Us" link.  Movie showings are based on suggestions and sometimes informal audience polling, but are generally planned in advance.  Every now and then we'll run out of reserved slots and open the floor.  (It's not really that formal!)

Chit-chat is allowed (even expected) during viewings, so if you prefer to watch your anime quietly and not miss any dialog then you should watch them at home before or after meetings. We chat a lot and you might miss dialog!  It's a very active (but quite friendly) crowd.
