Agility is a strategic issue. It is essential to any organizations not only to survive but to thrive! The ability to respond to change is becoming more and more important every day.  In this interactive session, we will explore the 3 key ingredients to enabling organization agility and how to use them in enable a more agile organization. 

Salah is an Independent Consultant, Agile coach and facilitator with over 15 years of business experience. His areas of focus include Agile Coaching, Business Process Improvement, Business Analysis and Project Management. Salah has a burning passion for improving team performance and is passionate about teaching and mentoring. He spent over 5 years as a lead volunteer teacher. He volunteers with PMI and is active in different agile communities. Salah is a Certified Trainer in TBR by Sharon Bowman. He is a Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP), ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching & Facilitation (ICP-TC). He holds a Masters degree in Information Systems from University of Maryland.
