We offer community-wide free nutrition classes, personalized health and wellness and weight management coaching, lots of encouragement, and of course our fun weight loss challenges for healthy competition and accountability! YOU will have the potential to lose more weight than you ever imagined.

Join the Alaska Weight Loss Challenge so you can:

How the Weight Loss Challenges Work:
- Select the class day/time that works for your schedule. Muy Importante to RSVP via telephone or on the meetup site.
- Registration fee is $29
- If you are not the competive type, no worries! Feel free to join our fun group for the accountability and social atmosphere! (FREE but you don't get to win the $moola$ :) )
- Attend the weekly nutrition topic presentation and implement the goal
- Weekly prizes and celebration for the top weight loss winners

Weight Loss Programs:
All weight loss programs are supported in our challenge as long as they are healthy and safe. Starvation is not an option and HCG Drops or Shots are not supported.
