Yes, I feel MUCH better! I'm also back on track with my eating plan so I'm hoping I lost the pounds I gained over the last two weeks. I never did see the password for this weeks homework. Can you get that to me so I can look at it before tomorrow's meeting? Thanks, Marianna

Thanks alot. I am looking forward to be part of something that would give me the support and the motivation to try and loose wieght. I've always been heavy and it's been an ongoing battle. I go up and down on the scale and I am getting tired of it. Thanks for the warm welcome.
