AK Entrepreneurs: 'Let's talk Finances' with Al Hermann

Come and socialize with entrepreneurs and self starters in Anchorage!  We meet every Third Thursday at The Boardroom, a hip coworking space in downtown Anchorage.

5:15pm-6:00pm: Networking

6:00pm-7:00pm: Program

Programming will vary month to month and will consist of speakers/presenters, pitch-it forums (both to your peers and to Angel panels), targeted networking and 'meet with the pro' panels.

The main doors to the building lock at 6pm. If you arrive late, no worries, just give us a call at[masked] and we will let you in.

In February, we will be hearing from Al Hermann, Al is a professor at UAA teaching  business and entrepreneurship classes in the undergrad and graduate business programs. Over the span of his career, Al has closed twenty-six acquisitions and two divestitures, acted as the CFO of four start-up ventures, spanning several industries, he helped raise capital, both equity and debt and built the financial and operations infrastructures.  To top it off, Al now runs a seed/early stage angel fund in Anchorage.

Please RSVP here so we can plan accordingly. See you on February 20th!

Hi Katherine, I enjoyed the meeting last week and enjoyed Al's talk on finances. Where is the spreadsheet located? Is there a website where it is posted?

We are looking forward to seeing everyone tonight! A reminder: Fur Rondy preparation is in full swing, so street parking is tight. The JC Penny garage and the Transit Center garage are less than a three minute walk and only $1/hour.

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.
