There are thousands of Laughter Clubs around the world. (See www.laughteryogaamerica.com , www.laughteryoga.org and www.laughteryoga.org.nz ). And for good reason!

Laughter (fake or real - your body can't tell the difference) causes your body to release the good chemicals ... dopamine, endorphins and oxytocin.

Laughter is nature's happiness switch. It immediately turns the stress response switch off and winds up your immune and digestion system again. It puts you in a playful and creative state, where you stop seeing limitations and start seeing possibilities.

Sustained laughter exercises (for about 30 mins) gives your respiratory system and nervous system a beneficial workout. The sessions will be run by certified Laughter Yoga leaders and will be held outdoors whenever possible and we will have coffee together afterwards.

Laugh before or after you jog and get an extra shot of endorphins.
