Introduction

Carey Baker, the organizer of ALIVEIN San Francisco, is a certified coach (CPCC) with her training and credential from the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA.

What do you want more of in your life?

I desire to be surrounded by people who are interested in touching their growing edge, breaking through to new learning, who want to be more conscious, alive and on purpose. I want more music, more love, more inspiration, more transformation. I want to create more space in the world and continue to expand into the space that I am meant to take up.

What do you want less of in your life?

I want less people feeling like they are not at choice, who give away their power, are unable to claim the unique human being they are. I want less perfection and more wholeness. I want less aloneness and more co-activity, more collaboration. I want less personality and more realness. I want to care less about how comfortable I am and more about how much I am growing, learning and transforming.

What words describe you at your best?

Electric. Connected. Present. Paradoxical. Spacious. Inspiring.

How have you withheld from life?

I have stayed small so that I could please others. Up until now I did not claim my wholeness and only lived through the parts of me that I thought the world wanted me to be. I have tried to do it on my own instead of leaning into asking for help or co-creating with others.

Who are you being when the possibilities in life are limitless?

I am a person at choice who is able to create and inspire. I am the person that I was born as, the energy in the world I was meant to be. I am a leader, I am human, I am all of me and more.

  • Hi Carey, it looks like you have started meetup groups in three cities at once. That is an interesting tack. Part of my best life will most likely involve organizing in meetup and it would be great to talk with you about about meetup. Cheers!
