Halloween Costume Ball Extravaganza "Choose a date" PICK A DATE FOR THE PARTY--- This is advance notice of ASM&FW's 1st Halloween Costume Ball Extravaganza- -We are at Square one-- Here are some thoughts- Date: Oct 31 is a friday so that's not too bad. Of course, because it's a friday and IS Halloween night, there will be lots of other parties. But ours of course be the best. But it could be Sat, the 1st or Sunday the 2nd. Or anytime within the vicinity of Halloween-- -Place: Your suggestions are most welcome. Of course the place will impact the cost. If anyone is volunteering their home or knows of a great location, jump right in. My place will likely be available as a last minute back up if nothing turns up within a month or so.- 0Theme: Well, costume is the theme but no specific type of costume theme is yet on the table-- Cost: Hopefully it will be free with our usual system of everyone bringing something like BYOB-- Volunteers: Anyone willing to help with setup, decorations, organizing and the usual is absolutely needed	Aug 18, 2008	16 so far
