YOGA CLASS & CHANTING/MEDITATION

 

New YOGA CLASS followed by MEDITATION & CHANTING

 

Join Kyle McDonald (RYT200) in experiencing Ananda's unique integrated approach to Yoga.  In addition to instruction in Hatha Yoga Postures, you will explore the body's subtle energies for spiritual growth and wellness on all levels.

 

This class is appropriate for beginners as well as experienced practitioners who would like to deepen their understanding of the energetic qualities of the postures as well as prepare the body and mind for meditation.

 

Following the class there will be a session of heart-felt Chanting and uplifting Meditation.

You may come to either the Yoga or the Chanting & Meditation, or both!

Suggested donation $10

No previous experience necessary.
