Voluntary and Court-Ordered classes for adults. Voluntary and Court referred individuals are welcome.
Many attendees find their relationships improve after attending four to six classes. Each class offers educational information as well as an emotionally supportive forum in which to learn, discuss, and practice newly learned coping skills. Classes have a positive and encouraging focus.
Class times: Start at any time. A one-time enrollment appointment is required prior to attending. We offer ongoing classes three days per week: Tuesday 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm, Wednesday 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm, and Thursday 11:00 am - 12:30 pm.
Attending Anger Management classes is a great way to learn better coping skills and achieve a better understanding of what can trigger us to lose our temper and act out. Attend and learn new tools.
