Practiced by 200 million people, Qigong is the mother of acupuncture & Tai Chi. This is an easy-to-learn and powerful form of Qigong. The focus is on building a qi-energy (or prana) reservoir in your core and being more aware of balance, breath and alignment. Beginners follow along easily in this powerful and enjoyable practice.
The Level 1 form is powerful and easy to learn:
*Empty Force Qigong: Your energy field becomes so palpable—it feels like solid matter.
*Spiraling & Pressing Qi: Subtle movements are the key to harnessing the Qi-Energy.
*Cloud Hands: Beautiful practice for strengthening Lungs and opening chest.
*Earth Hands: Strengthens the hips, legs, & the reproductive center of the body.
*Around the World: Rotating at the waist, large spheres of energy are formed.
*Qigong Push Hands: Qi gently “pushes” the body and assists movement.
Reported benefits include stress reduction, elevated mood, pain relief, increased range of motion, increased energy & confidence, improved digestive functions, and enhanced mental acuity, focus, and concentration.
