Tales of the Crypt

Tales of the Crypt is an annual event at Little Rock's historic Mount Holly Cemetery.  Although it happens close to Halloween, the focus of Tales of the Crypt is historical, not spooky.

Tour through the cemetery from grave to grave by candle light as drama students from Parkview Arts & Science Magnet High School, dressed in period costume, deliver short monologues or dialogues in front of their character's grave.  The students have researched their characters' real lives, and the performances highlight the actual history of Little Rock and territorial Arkansas.

The Nineteenth Annual "Tales of the Crypt" is sponsored by the Mount Holly Cemetery Association and Parview Arts-Science Magnet High School.

Admission is free to the public, however donations to Mount Holly Cemetery are appreciated and aid in the maintenance of the cemetery.

Was pushin the limit to make the original 6:30 time :/ And not sure what candles would do @ 5:30?

Is this something we can drop into at 7 or 7:30 and still get the tour? If we go, it's likely to be later than 5:30.

I was looking for more info on this online and I read this: "Two simultaneous candle lit one hour tours will conducted from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m." What is wrong with that sentence?? I'm confused. That was on the Arkansas.com website: http://www.arkansas.com/events/details.aspx?id=93467

What time will you be there?

Please note the time is 5:30, not 6:30. Lines can get long, so keep that in mind when making plans. See you tonight!
