This party would normally be our New Member Pot-Luck Shindig - It still is, but it's also a VICTORY PARTY! That's right! We won the lawsuit over the bus ads!   Come help us celebrate reason and the First Amendment.  The legend continues as Anne Orsi once again opens her home to us for another fun evening. If you haven't been to a meeting yet, this would be a great place to start!  Bring your favorite dish or beverage to share! Friends and family are welcome. Anne's basement is kid-friendly and even has children's books, toys, and a television for entertainment. The kids are definitely welcome. We hope to see you there!

Parking can be a challenge in Hillcrest, especially where the old streets are narrow and stone walls line them. There is no parking on Oak St, and parking on Oakwood is very limited. If cars are parked on both sides of Oakwood, no one can get through. Therefore, we give you...

Parking instructions:

If you do not find a spot on Oakwood (and you probably won't), we suggest parking on H street east of Oak and walking a block to Anne's house. For added interest, this means you will be parking behind Win Rockefeller's house, so the security hired by his widow, Lisenne, should keep your car safe. How about that?

Great food. Old and new faces. The rousing applause when Gerry entered the room was affective.

A fun evening of friendly conversation and celebration. A big thanks to Anne for opening her beautiful home to us again, and a heartfelt congratulations and thanks to Gerry Schulze and everyone involved in this bus ad bonanza!
