The people are very welcoming, cheerful, intelligent, and lots of fun. The different activities ensure that there is lots of contact so we get to know each other well. Anyone shy about initial contact just needs to contact me, and I'll make sure they have a "buddy" at their first event - they won't feel awkward five minutes after walking through the door!

Thanks for the gracious invite, but must send regrets. My ONLY New Year's resolution is to attend at least one Freethinker's gathering this year. Due to family and in-laws I am a semi-closeted Freethinker and lurk the Facebook page a few times a week. Looking forward to meeting you folks. Wishing you a Happy New Year!
