I will continue this month, and probably next, to review the key points made by Dr. Woodruff of Mayo Clinic on the neurology of autism. This is a group discussion. I will ask the group to describe how these neurological differences affect us in our lives as well as how we have learned to adapt or compensate for these differences. It is hoped that we will end up with a guide for others to better understand themselves and methods they can use to deal with the world more effectively as the uniquely different people we are! Please come and share your experiences and solutions! See you there.
