I hope I am welcome to go to the Game night this Saturday night. I had an incident this evening to where I received an email from a Meetup member denying my request to join a group since was said that the members had issues with me and don't understand what the issues were and not welcome to that one. My hope is I'll be welcome to try this group since I'm interested.

Sorry for the delay in my response. I was looking for groups to help children and adults with autism. I am not autistic myself, but was looking for groups to meet people who are suffering in that area. Thank you for the clarification. Have a great day! :)
