301 OCM - Baker's dozen +1 (14)

Good news everyone,

Our mileage has increased beyond the half marathon distance! That means it will finally start feeling like half marathon training. WEEEEE. This weekend we will be running 14 miles. We will be properly fueled, we'll use our intervals, and since we've had time to recover from Surf City, we will complete all 14 miles. OH! and we will heed our alarm clocks - right? RIGHT?

I almost forgot the MOST IMPORTANT PART ABOUT THIS WEEKEND'S RUN:

I will be on a field trip, so I've brought in a substitute coach. Her name is Kelly Kelly, she knows who you are, and she knows where you live. So be nice to the sub and run all your miles!

During this week you should:
Run 3 miles x1
Run 4 miles x2
Foundation training - 40 min x1
**If you're feeling strong, try cutting the intervals out of your weekday runs.

I think for many of you this will be the farthest you have ever run. It's ok. Don't freak out. You've been training, so you're fine.

The end.
