RA 102-Week 7/Session 2

On Thursday, we'll meet at the shop at 6pm for another 45-minute run. Once again, the route is to be determined.  I'm hoping we can possibly run at least part of the Brea 8K course for those who will be running the race next Sunday.  This would be a good "rehearsal" run. The first 3 intervals will be a 6:1 warmup. During the 20-minutes after the first three intervals, you will run a 60-second surge every 3 minutes.  The final 5 minutes will be an easy cool down. If possible, please keep track with your own watches even though I will do my best to run back and forth to catch all of you.  You guys are too fast for me :)
