Hey runners, you've completed 1/3 of your 12-week journey already. Great job! On Tuesday, we'll meet at the shop at 6pm for a 50-minute run. We'll begin with a 3 x 5:1 warm-up followed by 3 x 5:2 (running just a little harder on this set of intervals) and then we'll end with a very easy 10 minute run without walking, if possible.
